Rob’s Voice Over LLC is a limited liability company operating within the United States and providing voiceover services, merchandise, and related content.

The Company offers voiceover services, apparel, coffee mugs, and related merchandise. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Voiceover services may be governed by separate written agreements or project-specific terms, which shall control in the event of any conflict.

All purchases are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. The Company does not store or retain payment card information.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.

Physical products are shipped through third-party fulfillment providers. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond reasonable control.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges for physical merchandise are governed by the policies of our third-party print and fulfillment partner, Printify. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with Printify’s applicable return and refund policies.

Rob’s Voice Over LLC does not independently process returns for print-on-demand merchandise except as permitted or required under Printify’s policies or applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review Printify’s return policy prior to making a purchase.

All content on this website, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, designs, and merchandise artwork, is the property of Rob’s Voice Over LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

If you submit content to the Company, including reviews, messages, or feedback, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such content for business purposes.

The website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rob’s Voice Over LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the website, products, or services.
